I have been dealing with my meds thru this system for 2 months. Always something they need. I need my new medication. Should of been on it by now. of been on it ftion

My one meds was to costly thru my pharmavy and they recommended that I go on part D. Yes it is quite a bit cheaper.

They always needed something from me. I am tired of all the BS that I'm going thru. I paid the fee to join the Part d.

So would like my meds ASAP. Please call me ASAP to let me know what is going on.

I listened to the sales pitch and thought it was a good deal! When asked to send the info that was discussed for closer review - they sent it to me and at the same time billed me $59.95 for prescriptions that were not authorized and $60.00 for listening to their BS.

They requested that I sign the forms and return-- that never happened - I did not sign anything or return anything to this scam organization! I'm still waiting for the return of my $60.00

I know they have you on recording stating you agree to all

They stall and stall saying need more paper work

They just stall to take and take your money

Can't get through by phone

This is my second year with this company. First yeR was great.

Now I have to register abd I received an email that they need more information and 1 phone call voice-mail that stated I should call them. I've been trying for 3 days to call and all I get is a fast busy signal. They offer an ap that I'm suppose to fill in my appt request. This is bs.

I want them to call me or answer my email that says I'm having issues.

I'm currently not having g a good week and having them pawn off the customer service responsibility on me is crap.

Some one needs to call me from a legit phone number. I don't answer unknown calls.

The company has done absolutely nothing. They did reply to my complaint, but that was the end of it.

The reply was the standard reply to every post here I’m pissed off.

This company is horrible. They take advantage of sick people in need.

Each agent gives different information. It took months to get 1 prescription filled.

They give no refunds at all. They changed what I was trying to get, what I was prescribed, the agent said it was the generic.

My dr said that wasnt true at all and it was a completely different medication that she didnt want me to take. Their price for one month was more than the 3 months worth that I paid for out of pocket .

I wish I had found this site before I got involved with this disreputable company. I read that another reviewer reported them to the FTC.

I am about to do that because that seems like a great avenue to hopefully get these people shut down.

I will search for other places to review them as well and report them anywhere I can. They prey on vulnerable people.

They took more than $700 ut of my account and I never received any meds. I declined to go with them and never sent them in the paperwork.

When I called for a refund, they refunded me $100. I have yet to see the money.

My experience was not helpful. I had to pay upfront for signup fee, plus a service fee of $49.99 for each month, even-though, the process of seeking qualification for assistance had not begun.

It was required that the $49.99 come directly out of my banking account automatically whether approved for meds or not. I cancelled and lost $49.99 out of $109.99 initial payment, due to my not knowing the length of time for approval.

Resolved: Refund of $60 or at least the $49.95

I cancelled with your outfit before any medication was received. I found out after calling Novo Nordisk that they do not charge for my medication and I think that I (being a elderly woman on a reduced income) have been scammed by your company!

Scammed is the word used by customer service at Novo Nordisk! I feel I have been taken advantage of and would like to see that money that I spent, and you took, knowing I did not have very much in the terms of funds available to me. The customer service rep at Novo Nordisk told me to cancel and use that money in another way, and I did listen to her and cancelled with Advocate My Meds today.

Your customer assistance tried to talk me into staying at a reduced rate, but I declined her offer. I know that you have a recording that states otherwise, but I thought it was for the medication that I never received because it was sent to the distributor of the medication weeks later.

UPDATE: 8/29/2023 I spoke with a gentleman at Advocate My Meds in the Compliance Dept. and he gave me a partial refund and explained some things to me about their operation. I am satisfied now.

After 2 and half months they took over 200 dollars out of my bank acct. And I got no meds.

I called and canceled and asked for refund and they said no refund.

After fighting with them they said they would give me my refund and lied again only gave me 49 dollars. They are a fraud company.

SCAM ALERT !!!!

This company is stealing from YOU !!! You do not need to use this company to get FREE meds, all you have to do is call the manufacture of your meds to get them.

Advocate my meds is ripping people off by charging a 60.00 dollar application fee then charging 59.99 a month for nothing !!! The medicine is FREE. They also will not refund my money, so I disputed the charges to my card.

I am absolutely pissed off. Taking advantage of people on a limited income is not ok !

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I received reimbursement of the monthly premiums, but not the application fee.

In my previous review, I noted my frustration with paying an application fee plus 2 months premium, and had yet to receive my medication. At that time, the company said they could cancel my application, but would not refund the premium.

Since then, I have been contacted by the manager, Jessica, and although the application fee can not be refunded, the monthly premiums will be returned. As a senior citizen on social security I do appreciate that some of the money will be refunded.
